This is a movie of one of our cooking classes, including knife technique and making a smoked salmon roulade.
Cooking classes operate selected Wednesday & Thursday nights 6.00pm-9.30pm in 2010. They are a hands on class, so bring your favourite knife & an apron. No previous cooking experience is necessary. Sit down at the end of the night & enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine or two. Limit of 12 people per class. Bring a friend at the end for a few extra laughs.

Private classes may now be arranged with a min of 10 people.
You can now bring a friend or partner to enjoy all that you have learnt. They may arrive at 8.00pm greeted with a glass of wine, then at 8.30 sit down with the class to a stunning meal. Here you will share a new wisdom for creating fresh & innovative dishes with like minded foodies.
Cancellation policy: Payment in full is required to secure your place. No refunds will be given. With a min of 14 days notice a place in another class may be arranged subject to availability, or the same dollar value may be used in the café.

This class is all about learning to do the basics really well. BBQ a perfect piece of eye fillet, fish & lamb and learn some simple accompaniments $135, friends $55
Thu 18th Feb ADVANCED TECHNIQUES
Learn all the different techniques to cooking meat & seafood. Here you will poach, steam, char-grill & bake $125, friends $45
