This is a movie of one of our cooking classes, including knife technique and making a smoked salmon roulade.

Cooking classes operate selected Wednesday & Thursday nights 6.00pm-9.30pm in 2010. They are a hands on class, so bring your favourite knife & an apron. No previous cooking experience is necessary. Sit down at the end of the night & enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine or two. Limit of 12 people per class. Bring a friend at the end for a few extra laughs.

Call with your credit card details to secure your place. Make sure you don’t leave it too long as last term’s classes booked out within a few days. If you subscribe to the newsletter you will be the first to receive the list of classes.

Private classes may now be arranged with a min of 10 people.

You can now bring a friend or partner to enjoy all that you have learnt. They may arrive at 8.00pm greeted with a glass of wine, then at 8.30 sit down with the class to a stunning meal.  Here you will share a new wisdom for creating fresh & innovative dishes with like minded foodies.

Cancellation policy: Payment in full is required to secure your place. No refunds will be given. With a min of 14 days notice a place in another class may be arranged subject to availability, or the same dollar value may be used in the café.

A great dessert doesn’t have to take hours of preparation. You will make a soufflĂ©, pudding & tart tartin. You will also have a savoury dish to begin your meal. $135, friends $55

Fri Aug 20th OR Fri 17th September CHILDREN’S MASTER CHEF BOOKED OUT

Every child, including our 5 and 8 year old love to play master chef. With a min age of 8 from 6-8pm our young budding chefs will learn how to correctly use a knife, then make a fresh herb crusted chicken breast with sweet potato mash, followed by a chocolate & strawberry roulade. Parents or friends are welcome to share the meal with their children at 8.00pm. $55, friends $30 (wine not included).

Thu 23rd September A ROASTING GOOD TIME BOOKED OUT but taking a waiting list

A great way to bring the family together is with a beautifully cooked roast. You will discover tricks behind a perfectly cooked chicken, lamb & beef with some accompaniments.

Wed 29th September PERFECT PASTRY BOOKED OUT but taking a waiting list

Learning how to make pastry is not just for the experts. Once you have mastered the simple techniques, your friends and family will love you forever. You will make brioche, shortcrust,  sweet shortcrust & puff. $125, friends $45

Thu 30th September KNIFE TECHNIQUES

With one on one training, Andrew will teach you how to select,use & maintain a knife. You will cut an onion without crying and master the art of the julienne. You will make a minestrone from the mountains of vegetables you have cut. This class is from 6-8pm. $100
