This is a relaxed style of eating where all of your guests will have the opportunity to taste & share several dishes. Whether you choose entree and main or main and dessert you will have a min of 4 dishes to enjoy. The only thing we ask is that the group has the same option.

Entrée

Tartlet of a rich Gippsland blue cheese mousse, caramelised pear, wild baby rocket & a honey balsamic glaze

 

West Australian scampi topped with a roasted peanut coriander pesto
& a pickled ginger cucumber salad G

Main

A fillet of Tasmanian salmon poached in a fragrant green Thai herb coconut cream with jasmin rice  & a mango relish G

 

Medallion of veal with teriyaki plum glaze, artichoke wasabi pate
& soba noodles


Dessert

Chocolate roulade filled with fresh strawberries & cream
served with raspberry coulis G

 

Crème brulee with almond biscotti & seasonal fruit compote
